At The Woods RV Resort, our 2026 pricing is designed to be clear, consistent, and flexible for all types of travelers. Whether you’re staying for a few nights, a few weeks, or an entire season, this guide explains how our rates work so you always know what to expect. All rates effective 1/1/2026.

Nightly, Weekly, and Monthly

Site Tiers & Nightly Rates

All sites at The Woods are full-hookup luxury RV sites. Rates vary based on the features and amenities included with each site.

Nightly Rates (1–5 nights):

Tier 1: Full Hookups, 50 Amps, Pavers, Great Landscaping: $100 per night
Tier 2: + Tiki Huts, Outdoor Showers, Upgraded Seating, and More: $125 per night
Tier 3: + Luxury Amenities, Seating, Cooking Areas, Fire Tables: $150 per night

Weekly & Extended Stay Discounts

Longer stays automatically receive discounted rates. No codes needed — discounts are applied when you select your dates.

6–27 nights: 15% off the nightly rate
28–179 nights: 25% off the nightly rate

These options make extended visits more affordable while giving you time to settle in and enjoy everything our resort offers.

Seasonal Packages

For guests looking to spend an entire season at The Woods, we now offer two 180-day seasonal options. These provide a simple, all-inclusive seasonal rate.

November 1 - April 30 or May 1 - October 31

30% discount applied when you book exactly Nov 1st - April 30th or May 1st to October 31st. No adjustments.

Approximate breakdown:

Tier 1: ~$12,500 (≈ $70/night)
Tier 2: ~$15,750 (≈ $88/night)
Tier 3: ~$19,000 (≈ $105/night)

Note: Summer months tend to have high electrical utility bills. The rates are the same for each season to offset that difference. Exact pricing and taxes will be shown during the online booking process.
