At The Woods RV Resort, your stay is more than just a reservation—it’s an invitation to a community thoughtfully curated and lovingly maintained by those who call this place home. Our rental program isn’t run by a large corporation, but by a collective of owners who are deeply invested in preserving the unique character and tranquility of The Woods.
We have generously sized RV sites with full hookups and a tastefully appointed park models designed for extended comfort. Enjoy access to our premium amenities, community events, and the peaceful, natural beauty that sets The Woods apart. Availability is limited, particularly during peak seasons, and early booking is strongly recommended. In addition, some of the sites have additional comforts you can search for when you book your stay:
- Outdoor Showers: Refresh and get ready for the day (or night) al fresco
- Tiki Huts: Additional shade and a place to relax right on your site
- High Speed Wifi: While the clubhouse has wifi, most of the sites do not. Filter for those sites with dedicated access points.
- Dual Pedestals: For Pull in or Back In convenience.

What are your rates?
Our rates are $125/night for any of the RV sites and $250/night for the Park Model home.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
Reservation Cancellation
- 14+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
- 8-13 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund
- 7 Days or Less: No refund
Peak Season & Holiday Cancellation
- 21+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus $50 fee
- 14-20 Days: 50% refund
- Less than 14 Days: No refund
No-Shows & Early Departures
- No-shows forfeit the full reservation amount.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
Modifications
- Date changes allowed up to 14 days before arrival, pending availability
- Shortening a stay within 14 days of arrival will not reduce the total charge.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Reservation fees, processing fees, and add-on service fees are non-refundable.
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
- Refunds not issued for weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation.
- Emergency situations (e.g., medical) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Can I book a stay longer than 28 day?

How do I check In? Is there a front desk?
We use a fully automated check in. You will be given information about your stay via email after your booking and then two days before your arrival you will receive a gate code to give you 24 hour access to the park. Simply proceed to your site and have a great time! In order to receive your gate code, please be sure to use a mobile phone number when reserving your site.
Additionally, please be sure to sign the terms and conditions before you arrive. This will come in a separate email or can be completed from your reservation link.
Do you offer any discounts?
At this time we do not. We are a collection of owners and have all agreed to a flat nightly rate that is both competitive and fair for the owners in our resort.
Are there any additional fees associate with my reservation?
A 3% credit card processing fee and all required state and county taxes are added to every reservation.
Sites include a one-time setup fee based on the level of amenities — for example, sites with outdoor furniture, showers, or other enhanced features may have a slightly higher setup cost to ensure everything is ready for your stay.
Our park model includes a one-time cleaning fee.
My invoice says my site could be moved and I've chosen a specific site I want. Will I be moved?
No, under most circumstances, you will stay at the site you have booked online. In the extremely rare case there is a maintenance issue, such as no power or water, on the site, you will be moved to ensure you have the ability to stay.
When is Check-In and Check-Out?
Our Check-in time is 3:00 pm and Check-Out is 11:00 am.
Are you pet friendly?
Absolutely! We love our pets at the Woods. Animals are welcome but of course use the same courtesy you would want in your community. Leashes are mandatory, and clean up after them!
Additionally we have a small fenced-in dog park to play some fetch. The road around our park is 1/3 mile and a few laps and make for a nice walk as well.
