Cancellation & Refund Policy

At The Woods RV Resort, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our valued guests and the operations of our resort.

Standard Reservation Cancellation Policy

  • 14+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • 8-13 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
  • 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund will be issued.

Peak Season & Holiday Cancellation Policy (Applies to stays during major holidays and special events)

  • 21+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
  • 14-20 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
  • Less than 14 Days Before Arrival: No refund will be issued.

No-Shows & Early Departures

  • If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the entire reservation amount will be forfeited.
  • Early departures are non-refundable.

Reservation Modifications

  • Date Changes: Allowed up to 14 days before arrival with no penalty (subject to availability).
  • Shortening a Stay: Must be done at least 14 days in advance. If changes are requested within 14 days of arrival, the original total amount will still be charged.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • All reservation fees, processing fees, and add-on service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Weather & Emergency Exceptions

  • Refunds will not be issued for weather-related conditions unless a mandatory evacuation is in place.
If an emergency situation arises (such as a medical emergency or natural disaster), we will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
