Driving Directions & Arrival Tips
The Woods RV & Park Model Resort is perfectly located in Land O’ Lakes, Florida — just off U.S. 41 (Land O’ Lakes Blvd). While GPS navigation will bring you right to our gate, some routes include tight U-turns or restricted turns that can make arrival stressful for large rigs or trailers. To help make your arrival easy and safe, we’ve collected a few driving tips and step-by-step directions based on feedback from our guests.
Arriving at the Woods
Coming from I-75 (North or South):

Take Exit 275 – State Road 56 West toward Land O’ Lakes.

Continue on SR-54 West for approximately 2.2 miles.

Turn right onto U.S. 41 North (Land O’ Lakes Blvd).

Continue about 5.5 miles and turn right onto Caliente Blvd (you’ll see a large sign for Caliente Resort).

Follow Caliente Blvd about 0.5 miles — The Woods entrance will be on your left.
✅ Tip: This route avoids all left turns across traffic and keeps you on wide, RV-safe roads.

Departing the Woods
Return to I-75 (North or South):

Turn right onto Caliente Blvd, then right onto U.S. 41 South (Land O’ Lakes Blvd).

Drive approximately 5.5 miles, then turn right onto SR-52 East.

Continue on SR-52 E about 11 miles to I-75 North or South.
✅ Tip: This return route also avoids U-turns and keeps you on main highway corridors suitable for large RVs. If traffic is minimal, a U-Turn is possible on Land O' Lakes Blvd, but when traffic is bad, it can be a nonstop flow coming at you.
