Reservation Cancellation
- 14+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus $50 administrative fee
- 8-13 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund
- 7 Days or Less: No refund
Peak Season & Holiday Cancellation
- 21+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus $50 fee
- 14-20 Days: 50% refund
- Less than 14 Days: No refund
No-Shows & Early Departures
- No-shows forfeit the full reservation amount.
- Early departures are non-refundable.
Modifications
- Date changes allowed up to 14 days before arrival, pending availability
- Shortening a stay within 14 days of arrival will not reduce the total charge.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Reservation fees, processing fees, and add-on service fees are non-refundable.
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
- Refunds not issued for weather unless there is a mandatory evacuation.
- Emergency situations (e.g., medical) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
