The Woods RV Resort is a community of passionate owners who love sharing our little slice of paradise. When we’re not enjoying our personal sites, we open them up so others can experience the place we fell in love with — and the place many of us proudly call home.
Because most owners aren’t on site when their lot is rented, we faced a unique challenge: how to give guests the same warm, welcoming arrival we enjoy ourselves. We wanted every site to feel guest-ready the moment someone pulls in — clean, functional, and inviting.
That’s why we created our new site preparation feature — a built-in part of every rental reservation that ensures your spot is ready the moment you arrive. It’s designed to both maintain the high standards set by our HOA and make sure every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience.
This program is powered by Rick Saunders LLC, a trusted neighbor, HOA contractor, and experienced maintenance professional. Rick and his team now prepare each rental site before your arrival, following a detailed checklist based on your site’s unique amenities.
From sweeping pads and checking hookups, to setting out furniture, testing outdoor showers, or even readying a park model for your visit — you can expect a spotless, functional, and fully set-up site every time.
What this means for you:
- A smooth arrival – no surprises, no scrambling.
- Everything in working order – water, sewer, power, and propane (if applicable) are tested before you arrive.
- Outdoor spaces ready to enjoy – furniture set out, tiki areas cleaned, golf carts charged (when included).
