What’s a Low Country Boil?

Originating in the coastal South, a Low Country Boil is all about simplicity done right. Everything cooks together in one big pot (or in our case, one very impressive trough):

• 🍤 Fresh seafood

• 🌭 Savory sausage

• 🌽 Sweet corn on the cob

• 🥔 Hearty potatoes

• 🌶️ Bold Southern seasoning

Once it’s ready, it’s poured out, shared family-style, and enjoyed together—no fuss, just flavor.
