Whether you’re joining us for a quick getaway, a week of relaxation, or a long-term seasonal escape, our updated model makes it easier than ever to find the option that fits your needs.

✨ Flexible Nightly Rates
Our luxury RV sites now use a simple, tiered nightly rate that aligns with site features and amenities. This ensures that every guest can find the right fit — from cozy, minimalist spaces to fully featured outdoor living areas.
✨ Weekly Discounts
Planning a longer stay? Guests booking 6 to 27 nights will now receive a 15% discount off our nightly rate.
This makes extended vacations more accessible while letting you settle in and enjoy everything our resort has to offer — pool time, events, gatherings, and the friendships that make The Woods special.
✨ 3. Monthly & Extended Stay Discounts
Guests staying a month, 28 days or longer, can now enjoy a 25% extended-stay discount.
This option is perfect for snowbirds, remote workers, travelers looking for a home base, or anyone who wants to relax and enjoy Florida’s sunshine for an extended period.
✨ Seasonal Packages (180 Days)
For the first time, we’re introducing Seasonal Packages:
- High Season (Nov 1 to Apr 30th) or Low Season (May 1 – Oct 31): Spend a full six months with us at a 30% discount.
These packages offer simplicity, convenience, and meaningful savings for guests who want a full seasonal experience at The Woods.
✨ Smart, Dynamic Pricing
Like many top resorts, we’re adding dynamic pricing to help keep rates fair and competitive throughout the season. This system adjusts nightly prices based on park occupancy — offering great deals when availability is high and ensuring fair market pricing during peak periods.
